Device Provisioning

Please follow the below steps to initialize your supported voip device with our provisioning service:

  • Factory reset device (achieved via lcd options menu or voice menu prompt)
  • Login to device advanced admin view of device administration panel (see user manual or ask Telifon support technician for assistance)
  • Select Provisioning Tab (may be under Voice group)
  • Confirm Provision Enable is set to 'Yes'
  • Apply following to Profile Rule field:
  • Scroll to bottom and click Submit All Changes

Note: Please allow up to 10 minutes for your device to initialize completely with our service.
